ZillowVERIFIED JoAnne is probably one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We moved to this area from out of state and, considering the Covid-19 situation, we had to purchase a home entirely sight-unseen. JoAnne was willing to go far above and beyond to help facilitate everything that needed doing. She did video/FaceTime walkthroughs of multiple homes on our behalf. Once we chose a home, she attended the inspection and, as a result, prompted us to continue looking. Once we chose the next home, she attended the inspection again and conferenced us in the whole time, explaining what the inspector was finding. She also put us in touch with a local lender who was able to beat our existing pre-approval rate. JoAnne was extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails (and believe me, there were tons of them from our side). She helped us to arrange the timing of everything perfectly, to account for us doing a roadtrip from TX to MA and knowing what day and time we'd arrive and she was even able to facilitate a late day/time adjustment when our travel schedule unexpectedly changed. She attended the closing and came with us to the home so that she could be there when we saw it ourselves for the first time. The little welcome package was an unexpected but welcome surprise, considering we had arrived with very little. Although we didn't end up needing it, she even offered the services of one of her colleagues to help me unload the trailer. This won't be our forever home and we will definitely be using her again for our future purchases and sales.

ZillowVERIFIED From the initial phone call I received from Susan I knew that this was going to be an easy process. Susan and Joanne have worked together as a team since day one to help my boyfriend and I build a home that was fit for us. We had never purchased a home before, let alone got to build our own manufactured home so we had a lot of questions. We were able to meet with Susan and Joanne on a few occasions in person to talk about what it was we were looking for, our price range, where we wanted to live. They kept us informed about what the next steps were... then came social distancing! We were worried that with everything happening in the world we wouldn't be able to continue making our home. But sure enough Susan and Joanne continued with their e-mails and we were able to set up a zoom meeting. In our own homes we were able to meet online to discuss our floor plan, our cabinets, flooring, lighting and overall design of what we wanted. They were both very helpful in providing information and allowing us to decide what works best for what we envisioned. We were able to have a meeting to make our plans, knowing that we were free to make any additional changes that came to mind (which with so many choices it is hard to choose!) I searched a lot online to double check on our choices, and with social distancing-- we were able to go and see a model home in another development. This was very helpful in actually seeing a kitchen with similar features to what we chose and being able to make a firm decision one way or the other. After doing a lot of previous home searching and not finding something that worked both in our location and price range it ended up being perfect timing when I connected with Susan. It was so refreshing to work with knowledgeable people who enjoyed what they do and were able to provide us with a first-time home that worked within our means and price range. I would 100% recommend working with Susan and Joanne on this endeavor. It has been nothing but a great experience for my boyfriend and I, and we are happy to have our own place that we got to design!!

They we there with a table of snacks and waters for the clients as they came in, the house was 2 floors so they had someone downstairs as you entered to greet the clients as they came in at either entry. That , right off the bat, told us they respect the home owners home and make sure they are there to escort you thru the home and explain in detail any upgrades, etc as well as answer any questions for future buyers. We set up a meeting with JoAnne, the owner , and she came to the house to discuss selling our home and buying our dream home. Working with Joanne was a breeze and she made everything go very smoothly in selling our home of 19 years. We put it on the market and sold it the first day at the open house!!! Wow!!! Since we met her, from the very first day she was on top of finding us our lake home! They don't come often and when they do, you need to jump asap on it! She new what we wanted and made us feel like we were her only clients! We sold our home Aug 2019 and JoAnne just found our dream home for us amidst the horrifying Pandemic we are having. We found a house in Lunenburg, Mass that we both really loved, but since we were still living in California, we needed to find a local agent who really knew the area. We got on the phone with JoAnne and explained our situation. I know it sounds like a bit of a clichA(C), but we immediately felt a connection. JoAnne is warm and easy to talk to. She carefully listened to our situation, gave us much needed advice, and quickly started doing everything she could to help us navigate through the process and ultimately make a very big decision.
