ZillowVERIFIEDI am first time home buyer and i knew that i was going to be very picky about what i liked and did not like. i knew i was going to be asking a lot of Joanne and to see a lot of houses. Joanne was the most helpful person in the whole process. She was more patient than anyone could have asked for. Her knowledge of the town and surrounding towns was priceless as well as how prepared she was for every meeting that we had. Joanne was able to meet basically every moment that i needed her. Joanne showed up to the closing which i thought was very nice of her. She offered opinions and suggestions throughout the whole process that kept me informed as well as taught me many different things i did not know about the business and the inner workings of homes themselves. I appreciate everything Joanne did for me and she will definitely be my agent when the search begins for my next house. Thank you Joanne

ZillowVERIFIEDJoanne' attention to detail and market knowledge is second to none. While in this difficult market it is not always good news, Joanne is honest and trustworthy; we would recommend her to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I met Joanne Francis at an open house in our neighborhood and we were so impressed with her that 3 years later when it came time to sell our home, we immediately called Joanne. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area and really understands what it takes to get a house sold. We followed her suggestions and our house sold very quickly. She was also very helpful in negotiating the purchase of our new home. Joanne was extremely responsive to our many phone calls and emails. She took all of the stress and worry out of selling our home by keeping track of and following up on every little detail for us. My husband and I had previously bought and sold two houses before meeting Joanne, and the difference was night and day! I can honestly say, if you choose Joanne to help you with your real estate needs, you will be thrilled with the results!!
