About Joanne Durann
After a successful career in education, Joanne's passion for the Florida lifestyle and the Tampa Bay area landed her in Apollo Beach. Joanne has worked in the new construction field since her move to Florida from Pennsylvania and loved what she did. She has a drive to see that each client receives not only best service possible when purchasing their new home, but her attention to detail in getting her clients what they really want so they will be delighted to live out their dreams there. Her clients have called her the most honest, hardworking, resourceful, and focused agent they know and she prides herself in that.
