ZillowVERIFIED Joanne is a seasoned realtor with deep knowledge of the real estate market in NW Connecticut, listing and sale processes. Equally important is her attentive approach and how she is able to relieve tension in a process that involves financial decisions most of us only make once in a life time. Bottom line, we are extremely pleased we chose Joanne as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanne is the best real estate agent in the area. She was always responsive and kept me up to date on everything that was happening during the process. She said that there would be no problem selling this house and suggested that there would be an acceptable offer within 10 days of listing. In fact we had an offer at over listing price in 7 days, which was accepted and the closing is now completed. I would not refer anyone who needs a real estate agent to anyone else but Joanne.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment that Joanne was recommended to me- I had asked my cousin, who is in real estate in Mass to give me a recommendation(we had a bad experience prior to this)- she was immediately on top of the situation. She quickly examined the current market, and combined with our desire to move the property in question, recommended a great starting point. Despite a weak market for this particular property, Joanne persevered, always available with recommendations, and after many numerous showings, we finally found a buyer. I would highly recommend Joanne for anyone in the market to sell or buy a house in her area.
