Selling your home can feel quite overwhelming, but Joanne and Mihalis were supportive in every way and made it clear that we were a team. Between Joanne's expertise of the area and the real estate market and climate, and Mihalis' digital savvy, I knew I was in the right hands. I was working against a specific timeline and I had goals for how much I wanted to make and how quickly I needed to sell and this team made it happen! We were able to list my house quickly and list it at just the right time at exactly the right price (and with just the right staging), as well as crete enough online buzz to make my listing #1 on Zillow.
