Joanne hit a home run for us, from the initial consultation to the final closing. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the proper way to prepare your home for an open house was impressive. Her positive attitude and advise was right on the money. We followed Joanne's leadership on refinishing the living room stairs, a great idea and money well spent. It gave the house a shiny, new look and finished the last piece of upgrades that we had done throughout the house. By following her advice, we feel like Joanne got the final sale price higher than even we expected. The best part was the buyers were as happy as we were at the closing. Joanne Berube is the "BEST" Real Estate Professional that I have ever dealt with. #1-Very knowledgeable in the local market. #2-She does her homework and comes prepared with a comprehensive listing of prevailing market values and recent home sales. -#3-She is very responsive and will always respond in a timely fashion.
