There are absolutely no words to really express how dynamic Joanna is as a realtor. She is just wonderful! From the listing, including photos, accurate description, numerous showings, she is great. We had to move before the house sold, and Joanna never missed a beat. She called, texted, emailed, visited the property, dealt with the local businesses on our behalf...simply put, she did it all. If you want Above and Beyond service, Joanna is the realtor for you. She never gave up when prospective buyers changed their minds for showings at the last minute, etc and other crazy experiences of the realty world. When things looked bleak, since we thought the home would sell quicker than it did, Joanna remained faithful, listened, advised, and followed through to the end. Realtors are not appreciated enough, especially in this wacky, unpredictable world. Thanks does not do justice to the immense amount of time and effort that she enacted throughout the entire process.

Joanna went above in beyond in every way to help us find the perfect home. We werent looking for anything too turn key or too fixer-upper. Within the first day of searching we found the perfect fit. She never made us feel rushed and allowed us to feel out each home we entered before we would move on to the next. She kept in consistent contact with us and answered our millions of questions without hesitation. She was very well educated on the area we were searching which made us feel that much more comfortable. Being a military family and first time home buyers it was important to have someone be easy to work around our schedule and still deliver excellent service. She accomplished both. Her passion for what she does really shines through and she just has a way of making you feel like family. I would highly recommend Joanna to family and friends in the area.

She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the area and knows her business. She made the process a pleasure.
