ZillowVERIFIEDJoanna was amazing. She was there every step of the way. From the search to the paperwork. To answering questions whenever you need it. Even if she didnt have an answer she would go way and beyond to find the answer for you. She helps make what could be a stressful time a very easy and smooth process. I would recommend her any day.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is a true professional and helped us every step of the way. She is responsive and attentive, and always brought important things to our attention that we may have not thought about. We have bought/sold homes before, but not in Colorado. Her knowledge about the local market was invaluable. We would love to work with Joanna again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna went above and beyond in helping us with a very challenging purchase. She never gave up and was always informative with answering our questions, and when she didn?t know the answer, she didn?t guess at it, she told us she would get back to us when she found the answer and she did within the same day or two depending on how complicated the question was. If we were investment property buyers, we would be back on her door step!

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnna came on short notice. She had just met me. I am currently not only in this pandemic with everyone else, but also a divorce. She not only was extremely thorough, but caring & professional, helping to calm me during this extremely stressful time. I would recommend her to anyone I know. Being extremely knowledgeable of my specific neighborhood made her that much more reliable, as she is a Berthoud local as well. I was lucky to have found her.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna worked hard for us when we purchase our new house in Berthoud. She was at all the meetings, prepared and professional. Since we currently lived in ARVADA, she even ran local Berthoud information down for us, so we didnt have to drive up every time. Joanna has a great attitude about serving her customer. With all new homes we had a couple of disagreements with the builder and Joanna knew just what to do to help solve the issues. She knows a lot of people in the area and has a lot of experience dealing with builders. You cant go wrong with Joanna.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is very professional and listened and responded to my questions and needs very well. She was able to navigate through the many obstacles caused by the Pandemic and all other issues from start to closing. Her honesty and integrity are exceptional. Joanna is very skilled in respectful but uncompromising negotiations with all parties involved. Neuhaus Realty, in my opinion, is one of the top offices in the metro area with a very professional and caring staff. I can recommend Joanna and her company with the highest marks.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is stressful! Joanna helped in all areas of the buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable about Northern Colorado, laws, and what to look for when looking at houses. Joanna is prompt, professional and and flexible with scheduling. She made every stage of buying our new home less stressful and some of them were even fun! I would reccomend Joanna to everyone in the house hunting or selling arena.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was such a huge help with purchasing my first home. I was up late at night after work looking at houses online and decided to give my cell phone number. She contacted me about 20 minutes later (surprisingly, given the hour) and we set up a time to walk through the home. Joanna helped me with every step of the process and we couldnt be happier with the deal we struck. I highly recommend her and will be working with her in the future! Thank you Joanna!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive known Joanna for some years, but never had the opportunity to consult with her about real estate. This year, I was able to benefit from her knowledge, experience, and guidance in making the right decisions for me regarding the sale of my property in Chicago. She made herself available whenever I needed answers to questions or concerns, and she reached out with follow-up calls. Im so impressed with Joannas knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to giving her clients the best possible experience. Her honesty, integrity, and diligence are impeccable and so much appreciated. If I decide to buy a home in Colorado, Joanna Rallo will be my agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was fantastic. She helps us set up what was initially a long term offer that was built on a fragile contingency. She worked the entire time to talk to us about the issues related to that contingency and settle the usual conflicts between buyer and seller. Thanks to her hard work we are extremely happy with our new property.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is the best! Weve had realtors in the past and none have come near the qualities and expertise that Joanna has. She is hardworking, honest, and devoted to help you find what you are looking for. She just recently helped my Husband and I find/purchase our very first home and it was such a good experience. She worked night and day behind the scenes to help us land our dream home and helped us every step of the way. I wasnt looking forward to the whole home purchasing process and all the stress that comes with it but Joanna made such a positive experience that my stress melted away and my excitement grew. She kept us up to date about everything and helped our timeline keep on track. She responds very quickly which is very much appreciated especially here in Colorado where it is hard to find people that get back to you and promptly. Her knowledge and negotiation skills are superb! I HIGHLY recommend Joanna! If you want someone who has your back and helps relieve the stress and pressures of a stressful event then give her a call. You wont be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED This is a five star review and here?s why. Joanna Rallo is impressive. My wife and I greatly appreciated her professionalism, knowledge of Real Estate and honest advice when we decided to sell our home and property. Joanna is a pleasure to work with and dedicated to her clients. Always going above and beyond, she even responded to messages and returned my calls with answers while away on a family vacation. I never expected that! Joanna also has a reliable network of Real Estate professionals as colleagues. She works hard to maintain her relationships and can provide the resources and experience needed for her clients. I know we will have Real Estate considerations in the future and Joanna will be the first call. Many thanks to you Joanna! The Browns?

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna helped us find a condo in Fort Collins during spring of 2015. Her excellent advice made the process easy and she nicely shepherded us though the buying despite our living 500 miles away. When we decided to sell the condo 30 months later, we considered no one other than Joanna. Again, living 500 miles away, she facilitated the entire transaction without us needing to be present. She listed the condo on Thursday, encouraged the first offer on Friday, found 5 more on Saturday and she had it sold on Sunday. Doing the paper work was seamless as Joanna facilitated the experience and walked us through the signing. She was attentive and kept us appraised of all of the nuances. I cannot think of a better individual to work with on buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was our dream agent. For the home we ended up purchasing, I reached out to her the day it went on the market and she responded within minutes with a showing setup that night! She gave us great advice every step of the way and being first time buyers we were definitely in need of it. We never once felt like we were being pressured or being misled, Joanna was definitely on our side the entire time! What else can I say? ZillowVERIFIED Joanna Rallo, had exceptional knowledge of not only the local area but also had tremendous knowledge of other locations on the front range. We were always well informed on the entire process by Ms. Rallo and therefore felt very comfortable throughout, what could have been very confusing. We were very impressed and grateful that Joanna responded to our inquiries if not immediately her responce was very shortly there after. One of the most refreshing things was the negotiations, Ms Rallo was not only respectful to us, looking out for our best intrest but also assisted and worked with the other party to achieve as close to a seamless closing as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were purchasing a home from a different state and had the added complication of having to deal with a 1031 exchange from yet another state, and Joanna?s professionalism and expertise were so very appreciated during the entire real estate transaction. She waited patiently during our arduous home search, and leaped into action once everything was a go. Her knowledge of the areas and Colorado real estate law were invaluable to us since we were doing everything from afar, and her organizational skills and open communication made helped to keep us on track. We are so pleased with how everything turned out, and are incredibly grateful for Joanna?s help. We couldn?t have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Joanna months after we were originally in touch with her and she picked right up with us and our plans as if no time had passed. We are very detail oriented and can be quite demanding with requests for information. She ALWAYS responded with such clear, supportive and direct communication in a timely manner. When our lender was delayed to the point of us potentially losing the home we wanted to buy, she introduced us to a different lender and the two created a dream team of home buyer supporters. As one who tends to fix my attention on the minutiae, I never needed to with Joanna. She took care of each request for more info, sometimes before I even knew I had a question about it. In fact, the closing approached and I realized that at times I almost forgot we were under contract to buy a house. She was seamless! We highly recommend her services! Youll be in great hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna knew the background on the property, and she found out fresh information that helped us make a more informed, lower offer before everyone else. We hit it just right and there were no back- up offers to compete with. I feel like I got the best deal possible on the property and Joanna made the process as easy as I had hoped for. She was able to use the internet even at our initial showing.
