I have clients from California moving across the country and clients who just want to move down the street. Everyone has a motivation so my job is to assist my clients in creating the best situations to meet their motivation and criteria.

Recently, I was able to help a veteran who had served our country for more than 20 years. She was a single mother of three and wanted to find the perfect home for her children. The children didn't actually see the home until after she had closed. The children were beyond excited about their new home and my client was glad to finally be HOME!!!
My entire career has been in education. I began at 21 as a sign language interpreter and then moved into the classroom as a math teacher. I spent 15 years teaching students the wonderful world of math. After COVID, I needed a break from the classroom and felt real estate would be perfect because I LOVE numbers and educating people. I can do both in real estate. Immediately after leaving the classroom, I was challenged with learning a new career but in my first year, I closed over 3 million in sales and increased that my second year so this was definitely a great decision for me!!!
As a former educator, I have always been a student of my craft. When joining real estate, I have taken every course possible. I am certified in negotiations, Expressoffers, REO transactions, Relocation. My goal this year is to add several more certifications so I can be knowledgeable for my clients.
