Our experience with Joanna has been fantastic. This is the second property Joanna has sold for us and we could not be happier with her service. Joanna is very professional and thorough. She has a great attention to detail. When listing our home Joanna made some recommendations to us that she thought would help us sell the home faster. We were a little reluctant to spend the money, so we hesitated and the house was slow to move. Once we did the minor changes that Joanna requested, she sold the house to the first person that looked at it, and she did not say "I told you so!"
