FAQ
Be prepared and patient. In a competitive market, it’s important to have your financing in order and a clear understanding of what you’re looking for. I always tell my clients that the right home will come at the right time, and I’ll be there to guide them through every step of the process.
Presentation matters. A well-prepared and strategically marketed home will stand out to buyers. Working with me and The Gill Group gives sellers access to proven marketing strategies, staging guidance, and a full team dedicated to making the selling process smooth and successful.
I have worked with first-time homebuyers, families relocating to New Jersey, seasoned investors, and international buyers. Being fluent in Korean also allows me to serve expats and overseas clients with ease, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
One transaction that stands out was working with a young couple purchasing their first home in Ridgewood. We faced multiple offers and a fast-moving market, but by creating a clear strategy and staying persistent, they were able to secure the home that fit their needs perfectly. Walking through the door with them after closing and seeing their excitement made all the effort worthwhile.
My journey began as an investor. For over 15 years, I purchased and managed rental properties, which gave me a strong foundation and understanding of real estate from a financial and practical perspective. That experience naturally evolved into a career helping others buy and sell homes.
Yes, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a master’s degree in Accounting. This background, combined with my years as an investor, allows me to guide clients with a clear understanding of financial dynamics, negotiations, and market value—skills that directly benefit buyers and sellers.
