ZillowVERIFIEDExceeded our expectations on every level. She came to the first meeting fully prepared with courthouse records, comps, ZIP Code info and overall market conditions. She delivered this information with a beautiful smile and did so effortlessly. I highly recommend Joanna to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna was awesome! I could not be any happier. We had recently moved to Miami and really knew nothing about the neighborhoods. Joanna was patient and took time to educate us and ultimately found us the condo I had only dreamed of before! We just moved in today and we love it so much. Thank you Joanna!!

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is the hardest working realtor in Miami! She is super knowledgeable and responsive at all hours. Joanna studies the market on a constant basis to keep the edge above all others. This made our purchase in the explosive Miami market a reality. Whether buying or selling Joanna will get you a great deal in the most competitive market.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is FAST, she sold our condo in less than 24 hours of being in the MLS. We got a CASH offer in less than 24 hours of being in the MLS. Do not look further, she is hands down the NUMBER 1 best realtor in Miami. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS. In the history of our condo's building everyone took like at least 5-6 months to sell and she did not even take a day to get a cash offer on the condo. We cant thank Joanna enough for her expertise, top notch negotiation skills, professionalism, her years of experience and help during this amazing experience in our life. We appreciate Joanna and her team for all their hard work. The photos they took of our listing were stunning and very professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna is an excellent agent! She got to know me and what I was looking for pretty quickly and helped me find the right property efficiently. Unlike many agents who try to over-sell, shes very honest and genuine. She gave me plenty of advice about different neighborhoods in Miami and their pros and cons. I cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna and I have been searching for my first dream home for a while now and she has been patient enough with me throughout the entire process; due to circumstances outside of her control we weren't able to proceed with previous dealings. However, once we reconnected she took the time to walk me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable along the whole process. She was very patient with me as I tend to ask a lot of questions and was surprised to find her answering my e-mails as early as 8am and and as late as 10pm. She was super knowledgeable about her business so much to the point she had to step in and do 'other' peoples jobs in the process to get the deal done. I would highly recommend anyone searching for their next home.

ZillowVERIFIED It is too bad that there is only 5 stars possible. Joanna deserves a stellar rating for excellent work. Always available and she's using all her resources and knowledge to push the limits. We have been sellers and trusted Joanna with our listing and business. Gladly we made that choice and got the best possible professional support from Joanna and team. We sold in just some weeks even with unexpected difficulties provided by Allied Property Group Management and Sunbelt Title Agency. We made it thanks to your great work! Yes, there is plenty Realtors out there. If you plan on buying or selling contact Joanna. You will be in good hands. Keep the good work going. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the opportunity to work Joanna through the buying of our new home as well as the selling of our old home. Joanna was so knowledgeable, patient, attentive, reliable, strong voiced, professional. She is the one you want in your corner. Strong negotiations in buying our new home and we went under contract in 6 days with our sale. We were incredibly excited..... then COVID-19 hit us. Joanna stood with us through a longer than expected process with international buyers and we are so appreciative for all her hard work. Joanna, thank you so much for all you do. ZillowVERIFIED Joanna helped me find my first home in South Beach, as well as navigate the HOA rules and regulations that are sometimes confusing and unclear. Upon our first meeting, her knowledge of Miami Beach and years of experience as a realtor immediately put me at ease. Joanna also put me in touch with one of her trusted lenders, which further facilitated my home buying process. I leaned on Joanna a lot throughout my property journey as I had very little time to devote to all the details due to my work schedule / frequent travel out of state. Joanna also helped me save money at closing because she asked the right questions when talking to the sellers realtor from the onset. I cant begin to describe how helpful and nice it was to work with a consummate professional. Joanna is responsive, knowledgeable, courtesy, and insightful. If you want a realtor who goes the extra mile, please give Joanna a call!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a smooth sale of our house and purchase of our new home. This was all because of Joanna Jimenez. She helped sell our home above asking price and purchase our new home below the sellers asking price. It was a double win for my wife and I. Joanna and her team created one of the most desirable listings on the market to sell our home in days. Professional photographer, professional video, drone video, and 3D imaging of the home. I highly recommend Joanna Jimenez and her team. Her negotiation skills are a step above the competition. Very professional, caring, honest, hard working realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We feel very lucky to have found Joanna. I have lived in the Miami area most of my life and have dealt with plenty of realtors (Unfortunately). After being extremely frustrated I came to Zillow after browsing for a few minutes I found Joanna's profile. I made the call and after speaking with Michelle then I knew I had found a true professional. Joanna makes you feel that she is your best advocate. She goes to fight to get you the best deal, but she also has the tools, expertise, and awareness to bring it home! My wife and I are very grateful for the amazing work she did to find us the property we wanted at the price we wanted and with substantial equity! If you are reading this and you are looking for a realtor and you choose not to work with Joanna, all I have to say is good luck because you are going to needed it.

ZillowVERIFIED I am pleased to write a review for Joanna. From a lengthy search process, through to the closing Joanna was an exceptional professional. She showed us countless condos, was flexible with my travel schedule, and provided incredible efficiency throughout the process. I've worked with many realtors, and to be honest, there is a 'pushiness' to their profession, for obvious reasons. Joanna is not that realtor. She met all of my needs, provided tons of choices, helped to narrow them down, and stepped back when appropriate to allow us time to consider. She had the same great demeanor at the closing as she did upon our initial visit together-- a good indication of her passion for what she does. She haggled like a pro, was honest when she thought we were offering too much on a place, and she even managed to get our closing costs reduced. If you want a place in South Florida, you won't regret giving her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Joanna and her team are by far the best real estate group in Miami hands down. My family met Joanna and the team about 3 years ago when I was looking for a property to live here in Miami and I am happy to have worked with them. I remember us visiting so many properties before deciding on the first purchase. Her group was always available and provided expert advice. At the moment that it came to purchasing the home, she had a network that allowed for a smooth transition and fast close. I have recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so. Every time I hear someone talking about purchasing or renting a property, I'm jumping in that conversation to recommend Joanna and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Joanna on finding our first home was a pleasant experience. Very professional, and a great communicator. She took her time to explain to us the procedures and steps needed for first time buyers. She showed her realtor experience when showing the houses, and when dealing with the banks. She made us feel safe and secure with our investment. We highly recommend Joanna to serve your needs wether you are buying your first home like we did or your investment property. As a consequence of her greta service, we recommended her to my parents on the sale of their home. In conclusions, she made the process a breeze. Thanks Joanna.

From the very beginning communication was top notch, always getting back to me and very quick, which is the reason I ended up finding her , so many other realtors blew it just by not responding fast enough for my liking. This girl knows her stuff and it shows, she knows all the ins and outs of the business and can tell you straight up how things are, as a buyer from Colorado investing in Miami i couldnt asked for better representation than Joanna, true peace of mind, her knowledge, honesty , professionalism and super charming personality was all i needed, I simply could not be more happy with Joanna and her team.
