I am passionate about people and real estate. I look at my role as a puzzle consultant. When I take a client on and ask the right questions, I get all the pieces. My job is to make them fit. A lot of times the pieces will change, but the finished product is a satisfying accomplishment; the reward for me is seeing my clients in their new home. I love the hunt to find the right home for my clients.

My clients tell me they like knowing our team will personally assist them through the entire transaction. I do believe delegation is a valuable skill in this business, but it is important to remember the difference between delegating and abdicating duties. I have a team to delegate to but I will be by my clients side all the way through each and every transaction. I have a GRI, SRES, SFR, and PMC designations/certifications and continue to grow in knowledge by attending seminars often.

I am married to a wonderful Man, Mark Tattersall, and have 3 beautiful children, Brett 33, Reid 30, Lindsay 26, and 1 grandson 6 years old RJ, two granddaghters, Morgan 3 and Grace 2 years of age. With 36 years experience in California I have learned to commit myself to serving others with results. I specialize in residential home sales, short sales, and rentals. I bring investors together to help them invest their hard earn dollars into the real estate market to help them with a great return on their money. I am the Owner and Broker of Active Real Estate and Loans. I carry a Bachelors Degree in Business.
