Eventually we bought the house we liked at the price that was significantly lower than the listing price. From our experience with Joann, we felt she's someone who's extremely professional, diligent, hard-working, honest, and straightforward. Above all, we felt that she put serving her client's interest ahead of simply trying to reach another deal and making commission out of it.
