Even before we were able to put the house on the market, JoAnn would take us out looking at houses to get a feel for what we liked, and would even talk to us at length about issues we were facing with our Florida tenant, and the whole home sale process. She went above and beyond for us before we were even capable of buying a home, and always asked about our baby girl. When we were finally ready to buy, JoAnn always made herself available for us. As busy as she was, if we saw a house we loved, she did everything possible to get us to see it right away. And we saw a lot. My husband and I were having a difficult time agreeing on anything we liked. We started getting to the point where we were just trying to buy anything just to get rid of the stress. JoAnn was very helpful and encouraging. She advised us not to panic buy, and that she would find us a home that we would love. Even with the MLS listing emails we would get, JoAnn would personally send us listings for homes she thought would suit us, and didnt try to get us to buy at the top of our budget. Because she was always communicating with us months before we were ready to buy, she has watched our baby girl grow into a toddler (who absolutely loves her). We never felt any sales pressure from JoAnn, and trust her completely. We close on our new home (that we both love) on the 29th of this month, and we could not be happier. JoAnn is still constantly in contact with us about what we need to do, and even gave me a bunch of helpful advice when I told her about us not knowing the first thing about caring for a home. I am confident that we could not have picked a better realtor, and can even say that we now consider her a family friend. If we ever outgrow our amazing, beautiful home, we are definitely buying through JoAnn.
