ZillowVERIFIEDJoAnn was absolutely incredible to work with! From day one, she made the whole process of buying our home feel simple and stress-free. She really took the time to get to know usaEUR"what we needed, what we hoped foraEUR"and she worked so hard to help us find the perfect fit. More so, she was kind and patient. What stood out most was how patient and caring she was through every step. She never rushed us, always explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were confident in our decisions, even when we needed to back out of a home that we realized was not the right fit initially. Through her support, we were able to find the perfect home for our family. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about the people she helps. Thanks to JoAnn, we didnt just buy a houseaEUR"we found a home. Were so thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnn and her team were first class start to finish selling our home. She was friendly, patient, offered guidance, professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. Her team was also fantastic to work with - the communication was perfect. Our home was sold within 2 days and her market knowledge was impressive. JoAnn and the team made everything smooth and much less stressful than we expected. Thinking about buying or selling? Look no further, this is your team!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend JoAnn Echtler as a real estate agent. Her market knowledge was right on point. I sold my house for more than I expected, showed for only 3 days, had 22 showings & got 7 offers! Joann along with her team, were patient with my lack of real estate knowledge & my many, many questions. Their positive attitude & communication made the process easier for me, so I could concentrate on preparing for my move. I couldnt be happier with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED This was not our first house sale/purchase with Joann. She is simply the best IMO. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the sale/purchase process. But I think she excels in her communication skills and her ability to let a client know all options, good and bad. Selling a house and purchasing another will always be super stressful but with Joann assisting us, this portion of the move was the least stressful! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnn and her team were amazing. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes, so we are aware of the stresses and uncomfortable situations that may pop up. JoAnn's experience and expertise made the selling process seamless. The attention to detail was impressive. She provided valuable advice but stepped back while we made the decisions. JoAnn was always accessible for our questions and concerns. I recommend her highly!

ZillowVERIFIED BEST...REALTOR...EVER!!!! JoAnn was very thorough, very easy to work with, very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable! As a first time home buyer, the process can be confusing and gruelling from what I have been told, but this process with JoAnn was EASY! Not only that, she immediately put us in touch with a GREAT, HONEST Mortgage Broker, has TONS of contacts of home repair services, and has stayed in touch during and after the sale was done. If you EVER buy a house in Southwest Pennsylvania, don't call anyone else but her!

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnn was amazing to work with. She assisted us with selling our home. She helped stage and even provided a photographer and took care of all scheduling (I know a lot of agents make you do this separately). She gave great guidance as we received offers and was able to negotiate a great deal. We will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnn was truly exceptional. My wife and I met her while looking at one of her listings in Mars, Pa. After speaking with her, we were impressed with the level of knowledge she had about the greater Pittsburgh area and we decided to take her on as our agent. We were first time home buyers, and JoAnn was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She readily made herself available and quickly responded to any questions we had via phone, text and email. She ensured to answer our questions promptly and thoroughly without making us feel dumb in our inexperience. She equipped us with the knowledge to make our own wise decisions without steering us in one direction or the other. When we closed on our house, we ran into issues with our sellers, who violated the terms of our contract. JoAnn put us at ease, calmly providing us examples of her experience with similar situations and provided us with the options we had at our disposal, which gave us the confidence to make the best decision available to expedite closing. I would use her again, and I would recommend her to friends and family. JoAnn has a sharp wit and a maternal warmth that puts you at ease throughout the very intimidating process of buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnn served as both the buyer and sellers agent for the purchase of our new home. She was professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and made the process seamless through her communication and support. We did not intend to move and were casually looking when we found our new home and she was very supportive from start to finish. She was also very patient as we accidentally stood her up during our final walk through because we were busy packing and no questions asked she just met us at a later time. Its easy to be nice when everything is perfect but appreciated her patience throughout the craziness of the move for us! She also was local to the area and loved our dogs which was an added bonus in a new neighbor!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently moved from out of state, with no prior knowledge of the greater Pittsburgh area. JoAnn was great at showing us neighborhoods that would work for us as far as location and our budget. She considered our responses to the homes we saw, and adjusted her suggestions based on what she learned about us and our preferences. She was quick to respond to our questions. When we finally found a home, we had some challenges with the seller. JoAnn advocated for us and was able to help us work everything out for the closing. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time buying and with all of the horror stories weve heard the past couple years, we expected it to be a long, stressful process. Its funny to think about that now- we contacted Kelsey and asked if she thought it would even be possible with our budgetaEUR| and 4 days later we were under contract! Kelsey was so communicative, always providing updates and explaining every step. We couldnt imagine a smoother home-buying experience. Did I mention we made this purchase from Washington state, site unseen?! Kelsey gave the most thorough video tours and shared her professional, honest opinions so that we could make this decision without even physically being in Pittsburgh. We trusted Kelsey and JoAnn to really hear what we were looking for and find the perfect fit, and they went above and beyond in their delivery.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from out of state to Pittsburgh, PA in July 2022. My husband's company referred us to JoAnn, and we immediately liked her energy and expertise. Apart from her candor and knowledge of the business and local inventory, what we liked the most was how patient and responsive she was with us, as first time homebuyers. You can imagine the amount of questions we had! She guided us with an expert hand and was incredibly prompt to communicate with us either via email, phone or text. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. And - even better- she's fun! During such a potentially stressful experience, it was wonderful to work with someone who can laugh too! Don't hesitate to work with her. She's a pro! She comes with our HIGHEST recommendation. Alexis and John

ZillowVERIFIED From day one JoAnn and her team were amazing. We had previously used an agent in fall of 2021. With this being our first home sale we were exposed to what we thought was a nightmare everyone experienced when selling a home. After 3 unsuccessful contracts, we took our home off of the market. After getting some word of mouth and referrals to JoAnn, we made contact. From the day we called her she was attentive, timely, responsive, and genuinely concerned with our best interests every step of the way. I will be100% recommending JoAnn Etchler and her team to everyone we meet. She made our nightmare a dream come true. With the nightmare we had faced only 8 mos prior... We had anxiety and apprehension.... Every step of the process with JoAnn, her team and BH was smooth, concise, organized, and easy!!! From listing, to paperwork, inspections, negotiations, professional photography, staging help (and props), tours, deadlines, all the way to closing. She took what was one of the most stressful situations of our lives and simplified it amazingly! Don't doubt yourself, choose JoAnn. She will be our first and only call for all real estate transactions lifelong.
