ZillowVERIFIED I have been dreaming of living on the water all my life. My son and I saw a house on the canal in Lindenhurst that was affordable and already lifted. We knew we wanted it as soon as we stepped into the house. At the open house the listing broker was not helpful at all and did not feel comfortable at all working with him. My Mortgage broker highly recommened JoAnn. She listed my house for more then I thought I could get and she was right! It sold in about a week and we made offer on the canal house. The listing broker was very un helpful during the whole process and I glad I had JoAnn on my side because this deal would have never worked out. She is very professional and works 24-7 (not 9-5) always answers her phone and texts and gets the answers too any questions you may have. After a lot of ups and downs all because of the listing brokers incompentence I closed on my new house and old house the same day! Again the deal would have not happened without JoAnn on my side! I would recommend JoAnn to anyone without hesitation, she puts her heart and soul into her job! Thanks JoAnn!!!

I had been looking for a few weeks for a rental, dead end after dead end. Who wouldn't call me back, who would call me back to tell me that listing wasn't available but there was one a few hundred dollars more (really?) . . One didn't tell me their was a waiting list until I showed up. JoAnn was none of those things. She called me back promptly. She was honest and forthright from the beginning.
