ZillowVERIFIED We contacted the Blackwell groups, Joanie Blackwell, to help us with the sell of our home. Joanie and another realtor, Doug Hendrick came to our house and went over the process with us. Within the next week, a photographer came out to take pictures of our home. Our home was officially listed a few days later. We had two people call to schedule a showing on the day it listed - followed by two offers within three days of it being listed. Joanie and Doug helped us decide which offer was the best for us. From there, the process was fairly easy. We of course had inspections and an appraisal scheduled. Then we were told a closing date. The process was quick and was made easy with the help of Joanie and Doug.
