ZillowVERIFIEDJoana was amazing!! She came highly recommended, and with good reason! Her experience and expertise really helped these first time home sellers. Her responses to questions (regardless how silly!) were almost instantaneous! She was always available, and still responded almost immediately if she was busy. She guided us through the whole process with calm reassurances throughout. I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Joana is excellent. Knowledgable, aggressive or diplomatic as needed and has a lot of great advice and insight. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends for a sale and/or for a purchase. Joana sold our home from the open house with offers before and after. She also helped us find a great home and all of this happened in a few weeks! Listen to her advice!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My bachelor uncle passed away in December and we were charged with selling his home in East Rutherford. Although we were raised there, we now live in North Carolina so this was going to be a long-distance transaction. We interviewed three realtors on one weekend visit there, and Joana was heads above the other two (who had come highly recommended!). Every step of the way, she knew local pricing, had contacts to do any task needed, and was ALWAYS immediately responsive to our needs. Our uncle also owned two vacant lots behind his home. These needed extra expertise to find out environmental and zoning constraints and to negotiate a bidding war. Joana was masterful in helping us through these issues. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Her professionalism and compassion is unsurpassed.

ZillowVERIFIED Without exaggeration, Joana made buying our home a breeze! She was on top of listings that met our criteria, she was always available to show homes around our crazy schedule, and mostly we felt she had OUR best interests at heart. As first time home buyers, I don't believe this process could've gone any better.

ZillowVERIFIED Joana sold our family home of 30 years in just a couple of months. She offered great, experience-based advice in preparing the home for sale and during the showings. She was always available by phone to answer questions throughout the entire process, from offers to the closing date. I enjoyed working with her because she listened to our needs and worked to get us a great price for our home. It was nice to work with someone who had the experience to make the selling process as easy and fast as possible. She is a warm and sincere person, easy to communicate with, and I'm glad I chose to work with her. She gets an A+ rating in my book.

ZillowVERIFIED Me and my family had to move from CT to NJ and I contacted several agents via zillow.com "Contact Manager" web interface as English is not my native language and it's easier for me to write than talk by phone. Joana was actually the only agent who answered me and started to look for apartment for us. We sent her the list of our demands and she was very knowledgeable and responsive trying to help us. Thanks to her now we live on one of the nice streets of East Rutherford and the more we live here the more we love this place. She also helped us as a friend when I lost some very important for me documents after signing the lease and she spent her personal time trying to find them. All the best wishes to you Joana!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Joana was exceedingly helpful throughout the entire home-buying experience. She went out of her way to explore homes before we were pre-approved. We looked at several properties and she never pressured us into purchasing. She never steered us in the wrong direction and always gave her honest opinion. She was readily available to answer any of our questions and concerns. Best of all, Joana always has your foremost interest in mind and was able to negotiate a great deal for us. She also recommended a great mortgage lender who was able to explain the process to us and made us feel extremely comfortable about our purchase.Joana truly is the agent you want!
