Joana was amazing!! She came highly recommended, and with good reason! Her experience and expertise really helped these first time home sellers. Her responses to questions (regardless how silly!) were almost instantaneous! She was always available, and still responded almost immediately if she was busy. She guided us through the whole process with calm reassurances throughout. I would recommend her to anyone!
