The McAllister team is extremely professional and keeps you intrigued and feeling confident during the home purchasing process. They have such a strong business network always going above and beyond even the best realtors I have come across in this line of work! Be assured this is THE TEAM of HARD WORKING, TRUTHFUL, OLD SCHOOL, RESPECTFUL and DEDICATED people making dreams come true! We always return and are extremely satisfied with the level of urgency, time management skills, team work and 120% effort that is put into their work!

If you are selling a house, this is the couple you want in your corner. Very professional, if you need anything extra done on your house per home inspections, they know the people cause they have been in the business for ever! They are just great to work with and always take your call when you have a question or fear. They will take tell you the truth and not play any games. They are on your side. Thanks again Joan and Ben!!

My Husband and I were looking for a home for about a year and a half. We could never really agree on any of the homes we looked at. We decided to switch our realtor to Joan and Ben McAllister. We both expressed what we wanted. With their local knowledge and amazing knowledge of homes on the market, they were able to find a home both my husband and I agreed on. When we looked at our home, they actually knew the seller and was able to give us a detailed amount of background information on the home. Anytime I had a question they responded back almost immediately. Joann was very professional and easy to talk to. She understood our concerns and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. I was very satisfied and happy we found an amazing realtor like Joan. I recommend her to all my friends and family looking for a home in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

No one works harder than Joan. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Communication is important when listing and selling a home and Joan does a great job communicating with both sellers and buyers. She walks you through the process and offers great advise on how to present your property. We would recommend Joan to our family and friends.
