Doug was amazing! He walked me and my husband through every step with years of knowledge and was very honest with all his answers. He went above and beyond helping us and I am forever grateful for Doug and Joan?s help with getting us our first home! I would absolutely refer all my family and friends to them!

We have bought and sold 12 properties through the years using Soldman! That number should tell you how pleased we are with their services. We consider Doug and Joan the experts to go to for our Boise area investments now that we are no longer living in the Boise area. They have never steered us wrong! Through housing ups and downs, they have given us solid real estate advise.

We have worked with Doug and Joan over the past 20 years including buying and selling of multiple houses. They are not only our realistate specialists but have become great friends also. This has alowed us to discuss issues, ideas, fears and just plain ?what the heck am I doing? without judgement and in an open forum for discussion. Honesty, integrity and trust these are values Doug ,Joan and crew have always carried through.

I was living in another state and had to sell a property without the ability to be physically present for any aspect of the transaction. This impressive team took care of every detail, kept me up to speed on everything that was happening, and helped me get the deal done quickly, painlessly and with great results!

Doug and Joan were great at listing to our needs and wants and helping us prioritize to find a property that met our unique needs. They were very knowledgeable of the area and helped advise us of the pros and cons of different cities. Once the property was identified and under contract, they navigated us through the escrow process. They made it seemed like it was effortless when was not, but their expertise and professionalism ensured it was smooth. They were also able to refer us to services during and after which exceeded our expectations. We will be using the services of Doug and Joan in the future and recommend others to as well.
