ZillowVERIFIED Joan is an amazing realtor and frankly a wonderful person. I moved to MA in 2012 and Joan worked with me (along with another wonderful agent Julie Cronin) as my buying agent for months to find the perfect house in Stoneham. She is ethical, genuine, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. She also promptly returns calls, texts, and emails. My Grandmother asked Joan to help her sell her home in Andover and had an equally wonderful experience. Unfortunately work is forcing me to move, so I have to sell my cute little house that Joan worked so hard to find for me. I immediately called Joan and now she is my selling agent. If you call Joan you will get the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Joan worked with us for over a year and 5 bids to purchase a home in a very competitive market. She had some good strategies to help us win a bid an not over pay. We felt she was on our side during the process.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I just bought our first house in Melrose, MA. Joan was extremely helpful through the entire process. She even went out of her way to help us resolve issues that came up during the mortgage process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and accessible.

ZillowVERIFIED Joans the best. She will recommend houses she thinks you should see but not waste your time with houses she knows you will it like. When we asked to see a house, she had us in within 24 hours. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Joan when she helped my daughter purchase her first house in Stoneham MA. Through the entire process Joan was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, going above and beyond to show us around at our convenience. When it was time to sell my elderly mothers home, in Andover, there was no question as to who to have list the house. She got the job done, in a short amount of time, going above and beyond to help us sell the home from out of state. If I had to do it all over again Joan would be my top choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Joan gave me a very accurate appraisal of the property. She also recommended a group showing, which brought a lot of potential buyers to the property in a short amount of time. I believe that Joans knowledge and experience helped us sell our property very quickly. She is very easy to work with and guided us through the whole process. I appreciated having Joan on my side and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
