Jo Reimer

I'm Jo Reimer, a Nashville-area REALTORA(R) with eXp Realty. I help buyers and sellers make smart real estate decisions around Old Hickory, Madison, Hermitage, Donelson, Davidson County, and nearby Middle Tennessee communities.

I moved to Middle Tennessee from Central Florida in 2016 and became a licensed Tennessee REALTORA(R) in 2017 after more than 30 years in sales. I've always been curious about houses, neighborhoods, local history, and why one place feels like home while another one just looks good on paper.

My approach is practical and low-pressure. I listen first, ask a lot of questions, look at the numbers, and help clients think through the real-life pieces of a move: price, timing, condition, repairs, location, lifestyle, resale, and whether the decision actually makes sense.

I work with first-time buyers, sellers, downsizers, estate sellers, and investors. I also bring training in pricing, negotiation, probate real estate, senior moves, and investment analysis, which helps when a move has more layers than simply finding a house or putting one on the market.

My goal is to keep the process calm, clear, and honest from the first conversation to closing.
