Jody Jewell

I was born in Austin, Texas and am a graduate of The University of Texas. After relocating to Colorado in 1987, my career focused on marketing and customer service. In 1994, I formed Jewell Homes, Inc. with my husband Jim and we began building custom homes in the Loveland area. In order to provide a more complete service to clients, I obtained my Colorado Real Estate License. I possess intimate knowledge of the entire construction process, from selecting a house plan and lot to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. I am also a certified real estate instructor, proficient at teaching contract law, math and basic principles of real estate. Teaching has contributed to my real estate success: I consistently receive praise from my clients for keeping them informed and educated during our time together. My husband and I live in Loveland, and we give thanks daily for being surrounded by the stunning natural beauty and quality of our environment. Outdoors, I enjoy hiking, running 5Ks, and skiing. When I must be inside, I enjoy strength training, reading, and cooking.
