(Before turning to Ferraro Real Estate we began working with one of the bigger online realty companies but were told repeatedly that there were scheduling conflicts when we wanted to schedule showings - this was never the case with Ferraro!) My husband and I both have busy schedules, and I felt bad we often asked Michael to do night or weekend showings, or book showings the first day of new listings, but he never complained and was always very flexible, upbeat, and personable. ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Jacob when my fianceA(C) and I decided to start looking for a potential new house with just under three months on our lease, we knew we would have to move fast.Jacob responded immediately to ask about the location we wanted to live, the size of house we were interested in, and our budget. Within a couple days we were sitting down for lunch to go over the current options in the market we wanted, within an hour of that lunch he had set up our first showing for that afternoon!He met us at the house and we immediately could see it for our growing family, he advised us to check out at least one other place just to make sure, and we were able to check that out within minutes.That night Jacob worked late to get our offer to purchase in and the next day we had our offer accepted. Mike went way above and beyond the call of duty coming over and staying very late to assist with the move out process which was mamouth. While we were looking for options to resist and sell our home, he found me and cold called to ask for our business. Not sending a bunch of canned marketing material but had done his homework. That's a sales person of the highest degree. He and Jo and the team got us up, online and we're very sensitive to our needs. Ongoing follow up with leads was very timely and we were kept in the loop all through. Even at the closing an error by the title company almost delayed the close. Of course Mike sprung into action, driving out of town to obtain required signed docs and back same day and we wrapped up as scheduled. This spring we headed out to find a house to buy, without a buyers agent(insert gasp here). We managed to hit our forties having just bought one house and didn't realize how much real estate professionals have to offer buyers. It was happenstance that we contacted The Jo Ferraro Team-Century 21 to inquire on a listing. Within minutes, Patty was calling us back and finding out what we needed. By the morning, we had our first connection with Sameira Kookasemkit and a house showing. After the showing Sameira spent considerable time listening to what we wanted in a house and asking pertinent questions as she took notes. We also mentioned that we were selling our Waunakee home and wanted to have our next home in the works before we put our home on the market. By the next morning, we had a phone app to consult when we wanted to drive around as well as The Jo Ferraro Team website to customize our illustrious home search.
