Luckily, our experience doing so was streamlined and stress-free all thanks to Jos military relocation services. From the first call, her pleasant personality, can-do attitude and organization skills were apparent. Each time we showed interest in a property, Jo did not hesitate to schedule a video walkthrough (she captures every detail, even things you dont think of) and provide helpful comps and neighborhood insights to ensure our options aligned with our wants and needs and would appeal to future renters as well. Once we found our perfect home (sight unseen) she took care of us and was our eyes and ears during the inspection. She even went out to the home in our place a couple of times so that contractors could give us estimates and work could start shortly after our move in. At close she was present for our final walkthrough and had us on FaceTime so that we could virtually be present as well. She even had the home professionally cleaned for us.
