ZillowVERIFIED We had been aggressively searching in Coconut Grove for months before finding our PERFECT home and contacting Forster Team, the listing agent. In listing the beautiful, 99 year old home, Forster did an amazing job, providing some excellent Photoshopped "what this can look like" photos alongside the actual pictures of the property, in a fully transparent listing and with full disclosure of the home's various issues needing attention. Although we moved quickly, their seller accepted an offer on the home. We were very disappointed but Forster patiently explained that although the probability of the contract falling was extremely remote in today's market, we should execute a backup contract nonetheless. After understanding the logic, we concurred and did so. Despite the long odds, our interest in the home only grew as the days passed. I relentlessly hounded them with questions about the pending contract timelines, etc. and although we were a long shot, their responsiveness was constant, immediate, and accurate. When the original buyer decided to pass on the house, we were thrilled...and out of the country! We sprung into action to for the inspections, due diligence, etc., with the team supporting us (e.g., supervising inspections, etc.) while we were abroad. Since our return to the U.S., the group's client liaison, Jorge Blanchard, has served as an invaluable liaison between us and the Seller. He not only arranged for a detailed overview of the home's systems, equipment and features with the Seller a week before the closing but made numerous useful suggestions all the while. Right before closing, the Seller even took the initiative to help us take over his existing flood policy, saving us thousands of dollars. As a life-long Miami resident and an attorney, I can attest to the fact that Miami's real estate market is the Wild West and a LOT can go wrong. Our experience with the Forster Team has been, without a doubt, the most pleasant, transparent, and positive real estate experience I've ever had in this area. I highly recommend these folks whether you are looking to sell or, like us, are lucky enough to find one of their listings on your own. THANK YOU TEAM FORSTER!!
