He never tried to just sell us the first house we saw but was very thorough and actually pointed out flaws that might give our family problems in the future. He fought hard with the bargaining to get us the best deal. He was always punctual, honest and hard working for the two months or more we worked together. My house was a for sale by owner so he did alot of behind the scenes work with the owner to make the deal happen! Overall I would not have any other realitor than JJ! After we moved in he still kept in touch with us and checked on the house! JJ was a Blessing to have working for us!!!

I would give JJ a matter of hours to schedule a showing and put in a contract which we did plenty of times. Each house I was interested in putting an offer on came with as much information on the home/neighborhood to make sure I was making a a great investment. I would recommend JJ for anyone who is looking for a great advisor to make one of the biggest purchases of their life!
