ZillowVERIFIEDThe JJ Hausman Team was a pleasure to work with and came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. From my initial meeting with JJ, I received sound sale price advice, excellent recommendations for a home inspection and a staging company.Once the listing paperwork was signed, the team worked very quickly to professionally photograph my home and property, stage my home and to get my property on MLS and other marketing websites. Within one week, I received a full price Offer and closed on the sale in roughly 60 days.

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable about Lake Country real estate. Great communication. JJ and his team were always available to answer our questions. They all worked well together and so easy to know whom to contact. We liked his positive outlook, especially when there was some issue that needed to be resolved.

ZillowVERIFIED Our first experience with JJ was when he offered to proactively write a letter which helped us get 91% agreement in our neighborhood in amending our deed restrictions. I knew we'd eventually come back to him when we wanted to sell the house. He is energetic, optimistic, responsive, and knowledgeable (everything you want in a real estate rep). And his team is fully supportive and great to work with. We are more than happy that we met JJ and Lake Country Listings. I know how this all sounds, but I promise this is a real review based on a real selling experience. Meet with JJ before deciding on an agent - you'll be extremely glad you did!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kyle for almost two years in search of a lake home. We looked at A LOT of houses and Kyle was always helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us! When we did finally find the perfect house on Pewaukee, both Kyle and JJ were extremely helpful with the sale of our home on Okauchee lake and we received an offer on the first showing! We really enjoyed working with the entire Lake Country Listings team and highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Real estate decisions are stressful and the transactions are complex. Layer on the emotions that are often associated with selling and moving and youll want to only hire the best to help you through it. JJ and his team were nothing short of exceptional. They helped us sell our home within days by helping us set a competitive price we were comfortable with and put together a great marketing plan that reached todays high-tech home buyers. We were moving out of state and they made it possible for us to finish the closing paperwork ahead of time without having to come back. If you want someone who is established in the Lake Country area that stays ahead of the curve, I would recommend the JJ Hausmann team in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED JJ is an outstanding real estate professional. He helped me and my family with a home sale in Pewaukee in the summer of 2017. He is extremely reliable and responsive. JJ has in depth knowledge/network of the sales market in Pewaukee. I would take advantage of his services and strongly recommend him to friends and family. My ratings of him are spot on and I'm certain you will find the same outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED JJ Hausmann is knowledgeable, personable and gets the job done. He knows how to deal with personality types of every kind. He has a great understanding of the market for lake properties and the issues that can crop up with these properties. He's got tons of resources and top notch marketing. He helped us sell our house for a fair price in a very reasonable time frame. I'd hire him again and I'd invite him to a dinner party. Good guy to know.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I dreamed of living on Pewaukee Lake for years. Unsure if it was a move we could ever financially achieve, we called several local realtors to inquire about the value of our home. JJ knew our our strict parameters for lake home acquisition and when the right home came along, we were one of the first to see it. Within days, we placed our offer. It was a tense time because we needed to sell our first home to make the deal, but JJ and his team calmed us and kept our house sale a priority. The team's momentum brought in a buyer and we are now happily living in our dream home on Pewaukee Lake!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I relocated to Pewaukee 6 years ago. We were new to the area, and JJ help us in every way. JJ found us a home to rent for a short period while we searched for the right house. JJ showed us homes that were not listed on the market, but JJ knew the owners would sell. We found a beautiful area, and now live on Pewaukee Lake. We are very thankful we worked with JJ. He is great!1

ZillowVERIFIED JJ helped us find our dream home here in Lake Country! Upon making our initial offer, the sellers had a change of heart about moving. JJ was masterful in his negotiating with the sellers' agent to convince the sellers to sell us the house and at a price LESS THAN our budget! We recommend JJ as either a selling agent or a buying agent. He is experienced on both sides of the deal and is excellent at understanding your needs.

ZillowVERIFIED JJ and his team were the listing agents on a 100+ yr old estate that was my families lake home. JJ was honest and truthful regarding the pitfalls of such a old house but with the house in truly exceptional shape, the listing was made. JJ and his team helped with staging, took exceptional photos, developed a lovely brochure, and brought prospective buyers through on a regular basis. It was not a house for everyone and it took 4 months to find the right buyer fit. JJ helped with the negotiations and contracts and while we would have liked to get more from the home we were within 15% of our asking price. Not bad for economic times that were just beginning to swing back into action. I would highly suggest JJ and his team! He knows the lake country well and is a true professional in his deeds and actions. Pamela Doucette

ZillowVERIFIED After trying to sell my house on my own, I was getting lots of views but only a few showings and no offers. I decided to hire an agent and interviewed 3 area agents. JJ got the sale quickly !JJ's marketing plan was strategic and his commission rate fell in my comfort zone. JJ had also brought potential buyers to my home for a showing when the house was in FSBO status. That showed me he worked for the client no matter who was listing the house. I received an offer at my first and only open house ! The rest of the negotiations went smoothly and the home closed shortly thereafter. I was grateful to give the stress and burden of selling over to a professional. I would definately contact JJ if I ever have a future need ! Intelligent, kind and professional.

He is high energy, knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED JJ and I have gone through 3 separate house transactions together - all lake properties on Pewaukee lake. Each time has been a pleasant experience. He really knows the lake (and others) well, has been doing it a long time and is quite good at getting the transaction done. Each time I have used JJ, it has always resulted in a closing where I have walked away with no regrets.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband's Aunt had to be admitted to a Long Term Care facility at age 83. JJ sold her condo very quickly. We did not know how ill she was and she passed away shortly after the final closing on the condo. We avoided a very long, drawn out probate process because of JJ Hausmann's efficiency. We felt very lucky to have him as our real estate agent.Marie Haussman(no relation)

ZillowVERIFIED JJ is one of the most knowledgeable realtors in the lake country area. Growing up here, he has an unmatched understanding and appreciation of this area, especially the lake home market. He often has the inside scoop on homes that will be listed before they sell and can get his clients access before others. He sold our lake home in a challenging market and got what we wanted for it. Additionally, he worked patiently for years, and eventually found us the perfect next home. Most importantly, JJ is just an overall nice guy-well liked, patient and hard-working.

ZillowVERIFIED I sent JJ an email through Zillow. I also called and left a voice mail on his cell. I never heard anything from him. I've selected another agent to work with. It's too bad for him. I'm relocating to MKE for my job. It's not a question of will I buy a house, but when. His missed opportunity is another agents gain.
