JJ Botelho is the real deal. So, completely out of the blue this dude shows up. Probably thinking aEURoenot in my neck of the woodsaEUR? when driving by and watching us walk through a property with another agent we found on yahoo search. In short, my spouse wanted "mid-century modern." I wanted enough acreage for three broken-down Camaros and a riding mower that only turns left. While we were arguing, the final walkthrough turned into a certified catastrophe. My cousins lifted Chevy Silverado lost its brakes, rolled backward, and crashed directly into the neighbors above-ground pool. Water flooded the yard. The neighbor was screaming. Most agents would have sprinted to their cars. Not Mr. Bo-tel-ho. He rolled up his sleeves, waded into the pool, and negotiated a peace treaty right there. He settled the property damage for a year's supply of smoked brisket and a promise that my family would stay on our side of the county line. To top it off, he then evicted a syndicate of hostile raccoons from the crawlspace using nothing but a can of cheap beer and a leaf blower. JJ is professional, fiercely protective, and completely unfazed by neighborhood destruction. If you want a boring transaction, hire someone else. If you want a warrior who can close a deal surrounded by floodwaters and angry wildlife, he is your only choice.
