Jinny Song is the person that you need when buying a home. I cannot speak more highly of her. My brother found her online and no regrets at all. YOU should contact her and you will be very happy and you can sleep well without worrying if you got the house at a right price because she will help you negotiate. She was able to get me free fridge and dryer and washer (not supposed to be included but Jinny asked for it and the builder agreed), I would never thought about asking for it. She is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, well-experienced and most importantly - SHE GIVES YOU EXTRA TIME, SERVICE AND EFFORTS that is outside of her duties and job as a realtor. I bought a brand new home and right after we closed escrow, we went out of the country for family vacation. The builder of the home have this rule that whatever defect or issues that you see in the house, they will fix it for free but you only have 60 days to do it. Since I was busy at work and left the country for over a month, I did not have the chance to inspect the house. I left my house key to Jinny, she did the thorough inspection and she dealt with the builder in fixing the issues of the house like cracked bathroom mirror, dented kitchen cabinet, dirty paint, etc. She went back and forth to the house and open the house for the construction workers so they can fix the damages while I am enjoying the holiday abroad. I think that is phenomenal of her to offer that she will take care of it while I am away. Jinny is very generous, she bought me a very yummy fancy cake and some $$$$ and some presents. She helped me in planning to surprise my parents because they don't know that I bought a home. She stayed with us really late. She is also very generous with time. She is not rushing or pressuring you to buy just any home. She makes sure that the home fits you. She gives her opinion and she shows care for you. She is very friendly. She responds to text anytime of the day. When the house that I bought was being built, she goes to the area and visiting the house without me asking her to do so and she sends me update all the time. I Live in SF and bought the house in Elk Grove. She knows contractor also in case you need to do some home renovation, landscaper and etc. I have more good things to say about her and I can keep on going on and on BUT one thing I want to finally say: She is the best realtor!

Jinny's stayed determine to find us the right home. She asked the right questions, kept us current (for homes that would fit our needs), followed through with updates and was always patient. Her knowledge of the many nieghborhoods (we looked at) and understanding of our budget was fundamental in our finding our home. In addition, she kept a calm demeanor and was quite pleasant to work with.

There is a whole lot that I can say about Jinny. Very professional on everything. Always there when you need her or even a call away, weekdays and weekends no problem. I really appreciate her service. I was originally going to work with a different agent, but never met her/him in person and Jinny took her valuable time to email me and call me back in no time. She is a detail oriented professional agent. She saved me from some not so good houses that needed lot of work done. Always answers my questions with honesty. She went beyond expectations and got me into the home I wanted . Helped me through each step of the process and explained points in a very easy to understand manner. I am very grateful to have worked with her and for the home I purchased. Now My kiddos and I are super happy with our new home. I highly Recommend her... Thank you Jinny Song

Jinny was recommended to us by a good friend of ours. We are familiar with the area and were interested in moving Folsom/EDH area.A A We arent the easiest to work with but she provided us with top notch care and expertise at all times.A A She is so hard working, provides us with candid advice, and always puts our interests first. We have been asking so many questions and she has always been patient and thorough. With the changing economic climate and financial times, we are weighing our options now. However, we would definitely use Jinny in the future as shes been so pleasant to work with.

Jinny is a remarkable real estate professional. My wife and I were searching for a house for about a year and Jinny was recommended to me by a coworker. I'm an attorney and I see so many real estate agents who dont provide the level of attention a transaction needs, but Jinny actually protects and looks out for your best interest. She is knowledgeable, smart, and very responsive. She provided a formal escrow timeline with all the important information that we needed to know regarding the transaction. I am a very detailed oriented person and this was helpful to keep all the important dates and information organized in one document. I was very impressed with how well she negotiated the price of our home, more than what I thought we could get it for. We are blessed to have her as our agent and will recommend her to our coworkers, friends, and family as well. We highly recommend Jinny.

My husband and I are very pleased with Jinnys service with our purchase in El Dorado Hills. This was our second time working with her. The first time was buying a property in 2015. We were able to get our dream home because of her and couldnt be happier with our whole experience. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and always reliable in getting back to us with any questions we had. She is a brilliant real estate agent and was able to get our dream house because of her expertise, efficiency, and speed. My husband is in construction and she has surprised both of us countless times throughout this entire process with her knowledge and real estate savviness. We always recommend Jinny to our friends and family and we strongly recommend her to anybody thats reading this. Thank you Jinny for everything you have done for us and for being so pleasant to work with!!

There aren't words strong enough to say how pleased we are with Jinny. She went above and beyond with helping us find the perfect home in El Dorado Hills. Jinny is a true professional and showed us nothing but patience, punctuality, and responsiveness. She was always available to answer any of our calls and was flexible with our work schedules when making showings. We loved that after each home we saw, she noted what we liked and disliked, and every new home was more geared toward what we needed and wanted. We must have seen over 20+ homes in El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and Folsom but Jinny never gave up on us. Weve sold and purchased a few homes in the past with other agents and the whole escrow process can be a bit stressful. We were surprised how much more organized she was than other agents weve worked with and she made the entire process super easy. She was honest and gave us candid advice which we so appreciated. Shes also a great negotiator and she saved us money on the purchase price (which we didnt think we could get). We cant thank her enough and she was so pleasant to work with. We will be referring her to all of our family and friends who are looking to sell and/or purchase a home. You won't find anyone more dedicated.
