I write this review from the perspective of my family and I can't say enough good things about Jimmy Zaflow! The exceptional level of care and dedication that Jimmy gave us went far beyond just making a sale. It was clear from day one that Jimmy genuinely had our best interests at heart. Understanding our needs and preferences more than anything else in the world. At times it felt like Jimmy cared more about our well being more so than making a dollar off our sale. Providing candid feedback and pointing out potential issues we did not see. The level of transparency and selflessness he gave us made us all feel very valued as human beings, reassuring us that we were in good hands. Far beyond the results of just selling our house, Jimmy's exactly the type of real estate agent you want to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better home selling experience.

As a homeowner who was in default during the time of my home sale, Jimmy and Mike were able to sell my home, make me money and save my credit all at once. Jimmy truly understood my situation real well, moved quickly and got everything taken care of before the banks could foreclose on my home. Parents used Jimmy and Mike to sell their house and Jimmy was able to save us over 10 grand in selling cost. We got our house sold right away and it sold for over what we priced it for. My parents and I saw many agents during that time and Jimmy was always very different from them all in a very good way. His energy and attitude was nothing like everyone else. He seemed to care about us more than just making money for himself and he knew how to work with people. He was always transparent and respectful with the other agents involved and nobody acted up in the sale of the house like they did with my uncle who used another agent to sell his house. We saw him negotiate the deal with many agents first hand in an open house we had. Beyond than just talking about the home, he was kind of interviewing the agents who visited, understanding who's going to give us issues and who was going to be easy to deal with. We ended up picking the right agent to sell to and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Jimmy. For the cost and quality of his service you won't find anyone better. Jimmy truly is more than just an agent.

Tough, smart, efficient and professional, those are some of the words Id use to discribe Jimmy. I had my home on the market with another realtor and was having issues throughout the process of selling until Jimmy got involved. Within a week of getting the listing Jimmy reached out to the agent of a previous offer we got months earlier and got our home sold to that agent right away. It was a very easy to see the difference of Jimmys dealing with the other agent and my previous agent. Jimmy had no ego and worked well with others to get me what I wanted which wasnt something I could say about my previous agent.
