Jimmy visited house after house with me in the FL heat until we finally found something that would work. He spent most of a day with me all for something like a $30 commission. lol. Over the last several years, Jimmy has shown my wife and I numerous homes in the area and for one reason or another, none of those worked out for us. He was always available even when he was on his way to a meeting he took the call in his car and helped whenever I needed it. When problems arose with the bank taking too long Jimmy spoke with them and the process picked up again. He was very friendly and even helped after the home was sold to us, helping is get a mail key and visiting us on moving day. Overall a great experience and I recommend Jimmy Diamond.
