It is not easy searching for a new home; our search was more difficult because we were looking for a house in a different state! Jimmy Cooke made our search much easier. It was as if we had a personal concierge! He was in almost daily contact with us by phone, text, or email as we began our search. As we traveled thru Ocala looking at houses, Jimmy shared information about Ocala, interesting things to do, good restaurants to visit, and lots of local, useful and fun information. When we chose our house, entered our bid and returned home to PA, we were kept appraised of every aspect of the process. When a glitch came up at settlement, he stayed with us and helped us solve the problem - and even though he had to make an extra round trip to Orlando, he did so with a big smile! Even though we are settling into our new home, Jimmy continues to keep in touch, helping us with everything from garage door openers to personal recommendations for services, and hauling away things left behind by the former owners. If you are as lucky as we were to have Jimmy Cooke as your realtor, you will be in for a real treat! Jimmy is personable, knowledgeable and fun to be with! You couldnt ask for a better realtor.
