Since I live out of state, my sister was able to interface with the Tapleys directly and I was tied in via conference call. I've used other agents and other channels (property management companies, real estate investment groups, sale by owner, etc.), but working with this sales team always resulted in the best outcome. I want these people on my side of the table!Not all of my deals have been large ones, but I've received the same effort and attention to detail regardless of the size of the commission. They and their team responded within hours and began preparing the property for sale. They even quickly responded when pipes froze and broke, flooding the condo. Their team was on site within the hour, repairing the problem. We had anticipated a slow sale, and a low selling price, but were amazed when Jimmie and Bob sold the house within two weeks for half again as much as what we had anticipated as the selling price. There was even a bidding war, which they handled completely. We couldn't be more pleased.

I remember talking to Jimmie in 84 as a first time home buyer and feeling that she spent as much time and effort in helping us with our first home as she would have with someone with a much larger budget. Last fall's sale was complicated with having to deal with TennCare; it would have been horrible with anyone else! ZillowVERIFIED Jimmie was my listing agent and as a sellers agent, she is outstanding. Jimmie was thorough and very supportive. I no longer live in Memphis and she was on top of everything, whether it was an anticipated need or something unexpected. She is excellent at addressing concerns and when she brings an issue to you she also has great solutions. In addition, when I became frustrated with the process she allowed me to vent, but then was great at bringing me back to focus and ensured I didn't allow myself to get derailed. Her negotiations with the buyer's agent were great and she kept my wants and needs as a seller always in focus. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PART: my experience with Crye Leike has been subpar, but I don't care what company Jimmie works for I would use her for all my future transactions. She is a true star and champion for her customers. From listing to closing it was about 45 days, with two holidays in there, Memorial Day and 4th of July. If you need an agent, go with Jimmie, even though I'm sure she has many clients I never felt like she didn't have time for me and always follows through. An A++++ Agent!!!
