His professionalism, knowledge and genuine concern for his clients absolutely relieved the stress and uncertainty that I and my son (as I am sure others) felt while I was selling my home. He was a wonderful support and advisor during the preparation for sale, the listing, showings and finally the closing. His innovative tiered approach to selling and commission worked extremely well. I am an older, single woman and was able to successfully sell my home with a tier that allowed me more profit from the closing costs. He was readily available for questions/concerns and has a retinue of qualified, professionals to address issues along the way.
