My mom passed away and left the home to the children. We contacted Jim and Mandy of Jim Walker Realty Services. They came the next day and the home sold that day. It was literally sold in less than 24 hours. Jim and Mandy came to the home. They inspected the house and asked questions. By the end of the inspection, I felt I had made two friends and they had the information they needed to match us up with the right buyers who immediately said yes to the sale.

Jim has made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't. When we saw our listing we were ecstatic! His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked amazing. I learned rather quickly from meeting with Jim to determine whether we would list our home with them that because of his philosophies and proactive approach that he takes measures to create demand for the product that he's selling, which is your house. We had listed our house for 6+ months with another realtor team and not sold it and after only two weeks of Jim listing our house we got a contract without any contingencies and have a closing date set.
