Jim did a fantastic job in selling our house. He helped us decide what final upgrades were needed, and recommended a solid staging strategy. Jim's expertise resulted in our receiving multiple written offers--at, or over, list--within 3 days of listing! We only needed that single weekend open house and were under contract within one week. He made us feel that he was as interested in our house as we were, and we've lived here for 20 years. I can't recommend him highly enough, and already have recommended him to several friends that are looking for a top-notch realtor.
