ZillowVERIFIED Jim was immensely helpful in getting my husband and I into our first home! The process had a few obstacles as we got closer to closing and Jim was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. ZillowVERIFIED Jim is very knowledgeable, honest about when buying a home and will point out a major concern if seen when looking at a home and give the buyer options of what they could do to resolve the issue in a cost effective way. Has a very good client base of contractors , mortgage lenders, insurance agents. Always was there to answer any questions during the buying and selling process. Looked and showed homes that were for sale in our budget, and ammenities that we wanted. All around great guy that is determined to sell and find your dream home from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED I've dealt with many agents over the years and I've never had anyone with the true talent Jim has. Way above just a realtor. Works hard to find the exact properties I need, and also to find the right buyers for those properties when its time to sell. He had incredible knowledge of the area, market values and the trends that dictate when and where to buy. Start to finish, walked with me, guided me. This is your guy for anything real estate related. I call him the human calculator, quick and spot on with his assessments. You will be impressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Dimitar took over a property we were leasing and the difference was night and day. The previous owner couldn't care less about upkeep, and it was really starting to show on the property. Once he took over we could expect a prompt reply to any messages, and an expedient correction of any problems. If he had taken over sooner we probably wouldn't have moved! My only regret is that we didn't get to see all the improvements made after we had moved. I am glad to have him in the area now for any future rentals and hopefully the purchase of a home down the road.
