I'm was amazed by the top quality service I got from the Syros Group in the sale of one of my homes. Right from the start, when Jim brought over a professional photographer and floor plan expert, all the way until the last moment of the transaction they made it extremely easy and convenient. The use of technology was especially welcomed as I was able to manage showings and sign documents electronically and on the go.Highly recommended and I will be using them again soon for another property.

I was thinking of selling my investment property in west Orange and really was confused as which real estate comp to go with. I knew Jim from social gatherings and was always impressed by communication skills and who much he was on the level. Decided to reach out to him and offer him the opportunity to do the sale. went over all the paper work and discuses market and my selling price. We had offers right from the first showing, narrowed down the buyers and I told him what my acceptable price would be at that time. He delivered exactly the price that i wanted and had a closing within 30 days after that. The man is true to his word and will work with the seller and buyers to deliver results. I would recommend Jim and his team to any seller of any real estate.
