ZillowVERIFIED Jim's affable demeanor made a stressful time in our lives pass by quickly and with a minimal amount of strain. Let there be no doubt: Jim's integrity and ethics are beyond reproach. We offered a contract on a property which, during inspection, it was discovered that there were possibly some serious structural problems. Even though the buyers had already accepted our offer, Jim was right there to explain the nuance of the contract process whereby we could make a requests for repairs, and that the seller would be obligated to respond by: 1) making a counter offer, or; 2) making the requested repairs, or; 3) releasing our contractual obligation to proceed with the purchase. I was quite worried, but I needn't have been. With Jim at the helm, we got right around that iceberg and back into clear seas!
