Best of all, he is familiar with such a large area of the state that he was able to help us way out of our originally intended search area. ZillowVERIFIED Over the last 50 years I have moved numerous times and have had to sell a home all but once. Of all those Agents, Dylan Stanley stands far above the rest. In 2021,he sold our 120 year old house, located in a small Arkansas town. Within hours of listing we started getting contracts, many that were far above listing price. He knows how and where to list the property. We had offers from all over the country. He also helped us choose the best offer, sometimes it is not the most obvious. A month later the sale was closed. Not only a knowledgeable and ethical Agent, he is a friendly and fun person to work with. You can do no better than to hire Dylan Stanley to sell your property.
