From the initial phone call to look at the home (which was on a Sunday am and he called back within a few minutes). To the final closing, Jim lead and prepared me thru the process for a timely closing. He told me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear. And we went over and above to help with the situation to get the home ready for inspection. Jim is a consummate professional, and even better person. Jim is my realtor for life. Thank you Jim! ZillowVERIFIED Jim was extremely helpful going above and beyond, helping me getting areas up to standard for FHA Jim was knowledgeable in advising me on things I could do to help increase the marketability of my home. He looked out for my interests throughout the sale process, and honestly cared! He stayed in touch with me constantly letting me know where we were at and what was coming up. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home. He was not only my agent, he became a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jim did an AWESOME job with our house search!!!! He answered all of my questions honestly and quickly. Jim went above and beyond any other realtor that we dealt with. He made himself available when other realtors said they were too busy. Jim is all about helping his clients, and making their home purchase/sale as smooth as he can make it. Jim is very knowledgeable on house values for the area from the research that he does. There were issues with an inspection at one of the houses we looked at, other realtors might not have mentioned it to us, but Jim being so honest and wanting to take care of us (his clients) advised us of the concern, so we were happy, not just him selling a house. I will recommend Jim to anyone I hear of that is looking for a new house, or looking to sell theirs. I can't thank you enough for all the effort you put into getting us the perfect house.

What I liked about Jim he doesn't come off as a used car salesman so many realtors remind me of a used car salesman they give you their opinion on everything when you might not even buy the house some realtors just try to hard Jim didn't if you asked for information he had it for you great realtor great guy.

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Jim's work. With as quickly as the houses were selling, we had to be right on top of the market and Jim was extremely good at that. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a realtor. I appreciated the fact that it didn't matter what time of day I sent him a message, I had a response within an hour!

I met Jim Sproul by coincidence and it was absolutely one of the best thing that could have happened to my boyfriend and I. I had a very easy and wonderful experience with Jim he was always available either through email phone call or even texting he was always there at my convenience and just never stopped until I was happy. I have already referred Jim Sproul to a number of friends and I will continue to do so thanks Jim for helping us make our dream come true.

ZillowVERIFIED Jim was very helpful in the entire process of finding a home. He was very patient, which helped a lot because my fiancA(C) and I are new at the house buying process. If we found an address we were interested in he would check it out and get back in contact very quickly on the status of the home, every time. If we wanted to go back to a home we were interested in, after walking through a bunch in one day, that was never a problem. We never felt like a burden working with Jim. He always made us feel comfortable, made it easy to ask questions, and would give us great advice answering the question we did have. We highly recommend Jim Sproule if you are in need of finding a home!
