We interviewed Jim, and one other agent, as a referral from the Dave Ramsey "Preferred Local Provider" pool. We were looking to sell our home. We specifically were sold by his promise of proactive efforts to assist us in our sales efforts ~ which he ultimately delivered on! He assisted us in presenting and staging our home. For his part in marketing the property, he went over the top! Once we had an offer, he patiently walked us through the closing process, answering every question we had and monitoring the process as it was in the hands of third parties. It was a great experience for us; in large part because of Jim's efforts.

Expertise - The quickest way to know a person?s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions. Every time, I received answers that were well explained, and he made sure that no questions were unanswered. I was very impressed that by breadth of his knowledge , and it was obvious that he has been doing this for a while.. 2. Timely communication - I was very impressed by how Jim was able to respond to all of my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. For me, it is very important to get my question answered quick, and Jim consistently answered my questions in a short period of time. Even though I was in Spain, our communication process was flawless. 3. Care - ? This is also where Jim went above and beyond. We were arriving from Spain and Jim even came to the airport to pick us up. After closing, the title company wanted to get more money. Jim quickly intervened on our behalf, and we did not have to pay because the title company made a mistake. Jim is truly the best! He has my highest recommendation.
