ZillowVERIFIED Jim was fantastic to work with. He came recommended through a friend who had also had a good experience, and definitely lived up to expectations. We were under time pressure to find something quickly, but (like pretty much everyone) had a long list of requirements. Jim walked us through every step, provided excellent information about each property, and served as a generally great resource. He was very honest and straightforward throughout the process, and his friendly, laid back personality helped keep the whole thing much more fun and less stressful than it might have otherwise been! He has continued to be a valuable contact, helping us to find various contractors or businesses with whom he has a good relationship - this has been invaluable as we are new to the area. The two the most important parts of the home-buying experience for us were to not feel pressured into buying, and to be listened to. With Jim, we felt like our opinions mattered and we did not feel pressured to move forward too soon. Jim listened to our questions and concerns and had answers for us almost immediately every time. Jim was also able to negotiate an acceptable price within a very short amount of time. Overall, we feel that Jim did a great job.

ZillowVERIFIED When contemplating the decision to sell my home, I contacted Jim to have a market analysis completed. Jim came to my home the same day and did a thorough walk through. He asked me very specific questions about all the systems and renovations that had been completed on the home. A day later Jim provided me with a very detailed packet of information. This packet included his market analysis, copies of all the comps he used in his assessment, copies of current listings of similar homes in my area, and a comprehensive strategy for how he would list my home and steps I needed to take to get it sold. He was very honest with his answers and suggestions. Although I have not yet listed my property, I am taking his advice and making some of the repairs that he suggested. Once I have completed them, I will be sure to use him for the sale of my property. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and responsiveness. I have no reservations recommending him to anyone, and already have!

He was extremely prompt in showing me properties or answering any questions that I would have. I enjoyed talking to him about the process and being a first time homebuyer, he was very helpful. Very personable. He wasn't arrogant whatsoever, and I felt very comfortable talking to him. He gave us all the information about any property that I would ask for, and gave me notice of any new property that came to the market.
