Jim Rice is an excellent Real Estate agent who I would highly recommend. I met him when he sold my daughter's house in a week at top price. He made great recommendations on how to stage her house and took outstanding professional pictures that showed it off beautifully. My husband & I used Jim to purchase a home in an over 55 community. He knew exactly what we were looking for & he called me while I was on vacation when a house hit the market that he knew I would like. We looked at the house on line & put in a bid. Another offer came in at the same time & it went to best & finals. We were able to see the house & Jim asked us if we really wanted it. We said yes & he thought of a brilliant approach of us putting a bid in at $250 over our competitors bid with an upper limit listed. We got the house and could not be happier. Consequently, I would definitely recommend Jim Rice whether you are buying or selling a home.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, professional team to work with on the purchase of a new home; do yourself a favor and use Jim Rice and his team. Every aspect of our purchase was air tight with this team. I have bought 4 other homes in my life and none of them were handled with the level of quality and care as the one I just bought. Jim knows his craft. He knows homes, codes, market climate, and best of all he knows what you need and he finds it. I cannot say enough about this team.
