Positive: Responsiveness Jim has been in the Montgomery County, MD area for a long time and was really helpful in finding homes in areas I hadn't even thought to look into. He made both the sale of our old home and purchase of the new home as smooth and painless as possible, which is really appreciated given how hot the market is at the time for sellers (Spring/Summer 2021). He is very attentive and timely with updates and will take the time to fully answer whatever questions you may have. If there's an issue, he will quickly let you know and what you need to do (if anything) to resolve it. I very highly recommend his services for both buying and selling.
