He brought in a professional stager who made recommendations. I had to do some work reorganizing home and spend a few bucks on decorations, artwork and simple landscaping. They were right on with what people were looking for! The home went up for sale and we had 6 showings the first day and an offer in 24 hours! It sold in one week. To start with I was living out of state and wanted to come to the area to live near my aging parents. With his help I purchased a town home and made the move. When I left the area 6 years later I wasn't ready to sell and he helped me rent it two times with very reliable renters who he vetted. Recently I was ready to sell and he helped me to figure out rehab and to eventually get 'er sold. I was living 1,000 miles away at this point! Jim went out of his way countless times as I went through the selling process, from going over to check on the heating, to turning on lights for showings, to picking out colors and lighting fixtures to make the place show well. He did so with a steady and trustworthy attitude and always kept me up to date on what was going on.
