Needless to say, being a 27 year old, first time home buyer, I was very nervous when beginning this process. But Charlie and Jim were sensational. They walked me through step by step, answered all of my questions, and I never once felt uncomfortable during the process. They worked tirelessly to help me find a house that fit all my wants/needs while also keeping me on budget. What I enjoyed most about my experience with them is their patience.
